Referly lets you capture your professional sheet once and share it as a link or as a PDF. These terms describe the service as it is today.
The service, as it is
Referly is provided as is. We do what is reasonable to keep it available, but we do not guarantee that it is always up or free of errors. It is a tool for preparing meetings, not a system your operation should depend on.
Your content is yours
What you write and the images you upload remain yours. You give us permission only to store and display them as you direct: on your public profile if you publish it, and in the PDF you download. We do not use them for anything else, we do not sell them, and we do not train anything on them.
What you are responsible for
Having the right to publish what you publish, including photographs of other people. That what you claim about your work is true.
What is not allowed
Impersonating someone else. Publishing illegal content, or third-party material you have no right to use. Using the service to send unsolicited advertising. Attempting to reach other people’s profiles or the system by means other than those provided.
Closing an account
You can delete your account whenever you like from your dashboard. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms; if we do, we will say so by email.
Changes
The service will change: features will be added and some will be withdrawn. If a change affects what you already have stored, we will say so by email first.
